  1. Free Plan: Since the Free Plan does not involve any payment, it is not eligible for refunds.
  2. One Time Plans: Refund requests for one-time plans can be made within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, you must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
  3. Add-Ons: Refunds for add-ons are also subject to a 14-day refund period.

Process for Refunds

Refund Approval

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • After the 14-day refund period.
  • If the service has been fully utilized or reports have been generated.
  • For any subscription services (if applicable in the future).
